Who is eligible?

The LTR Visa offers 4 categories tailored to different applicant types:
Wealthy Global Citizens, Wealthy Pensioners, Remote Professionals, and Highly-Skilled Experts.

Wealthy Global Citizens

For high-net-worth individuals with significant income or assets.

  • Minimum USD 1 million in assets
  • Personal income of at least USD 80,000/year for the past 2 years
  • Investment of at least USD 500,000 in Thai government bonds, real estate, or FDI

Wealthy Pensioners

For retirees aged 50+ who want to settle long-term in Thailand.

  • Annual pension or stable passive income of at least USD 80,000
  • Alternatively, USD 40,000 income/year with a USD 250,000 Thai investment

Work-from-Thailand Professionals
